Position Summary
As a Technical Graduate Trainee, you will embark on an immersive journey across the breadth of Nestlé’s technical operations. This role focuses on the creative, community, and brand-building side of the business. This person will act as the bridge between creative teams and international offices, managing the social calendar, organic content, local activations, and cross-channel brand presence.
Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Social Media Management: Develop and execute organic social media plans, maintaining a vibrant online presence across platforms for HOH, GoBill, and WellCart.
Creative Coordination (US & Cairo): Act as the core coordinator between content creators, copywriters, and graphic designers. Sync regularly with both the US and Cairo offices to align on brand asset guidelines and messaging.
Video & Content Production Support: Generate creative ideas for engaging video content (e.g., Reels, TikToks, Shorts). Coordinate the scripting, filming logistics, and post-production flow.
Market Research & Competitor Analysis: Conduct quarterly competitor analysis and market research regarding local industry trends, pricing strategies, new services, and customer demands.
Lifecycle Marketing (Email & SMS): Draft, design, and schedule promotional email and SMS campaigns. Plan internal sales initiatives and patient-exclusive discounts or bundles.
On-Ground Activations & Events: Coordinate physical marketing initiatives, such as in-clinic booths, brochures, catalogs, local events, and employer branding initiatives (e.g., HOH's "FamBam") in partnership with the operations team.
Cross-Border Workflow Optimization: Establish a seamless content-approval pipeline between the US and Cairo teams, utilizing project management tools (e.g., Asana, ClickUp, or Trello) to align timezone gaps and meet tight posting deadlines.
Community Management & Engagement Strategy: Develop a brand "tone of voice" guide for answering comments, DMs, and reviews. Actively engage with the audience on social platforms to foster community trust and boost organic algorithm reach.
Influencer & Local Partner Outreach: Identify and build relationships with micro-influencers, local community figures, or healthcare advocates for content collaborations, takeovers, and cross-promotions.
User-Generated Content (UGC) Strategy: Create campaigns that incentivize patients, clients, or employees (like the "FamBam" initiative) to create organic content, reviews, and testimonials that can be repurposed across channels.
Asset Lifecycle Asset Management: Organize and maintain a clean, centralized digital asset library (e.g., Google Drive, Dropbox) so that both regional offices have instant access to approved b-roll, photography templates, and historical campaign materials.
Key Qualifications & Experience
Experience: 1-3 years of experience in Social Media Management, Content Coordination, or Brand Marketing. Experience handling communication across cross-border/multicultural teams (e.g., US and Egypt) is highly preferred.
Skills & Competencies:
Excellent English and Arabic copy/content writing skills.
Flair for visual storytelling with a strong eye for design, aesthetic trends, and short-form video formatting (Reels/TikTok).
Strong project management and organization skills to juggle multi-brand campaigns (HOH, GoBill, WellCart).
Tools:

Prepare Alternative Fuel (AF) material mixtures (e.g., Refuse-Derived Fuel (RDF) and Biomass) and transfer them to the Alternative Fuels and Raw Materials (AFR) pre-processing system.
Receive, inspect, and unload Alternative Fuel (AF) materials, ensuring compliance with quality control standards.
Organize and manage stockpiles within the storage area in accordance with Alternative Fuels and Raw Materials (AFR) standards.
Receive, inspect, and prepare industrial waste for processing
Ensure housekeeping standards are maintained across the Suez Platform at all times.
Collect, analyze, and record operational data while maintaining accurate daily log records.
Ensure full compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and operational guidelines.
Monitor and maintain labor attendance records.
Ensure proper isolation and barricading of operational areas in accordance with HSE requirements.

Overview of the Annotation Guideline Specialist role:
Documentation and Grooming: The Guideline creation involves receiving annotation
requirements, defining the new annotation guideline process and understanding its main
requirements. It also involves discussing the annotation purposes with the key stakeholders and
aligning similar annotation approaches with the developer’s needs, as well as connecting with
the Data Engineering team and the Quality Assurance Lead for alignment on the annotation
