KAD Commercial Property Management is seeking to hire an Operation Manager for one of the malls we manage in Cairo. Job Skills Minimum 2 years of operation experience in a similar position, preferably in a mall or FM company Experience in: Facility management/ supervision of service providers, Contract Management Familiarity with SLA agreements and service providers KPIs Staff Management Implements a high level of service standards Crisis management Event Management Tenant relationship management Reporting Good computer skills University graduate preferably in a relevant major Presentable and possesses superior communication skills and tact Good command of English and Arabic (both written and spoken) Show more
