Your Role: Executing daily accounting activities, ensuring accurate financial records, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards. As well as ensuring the accurate and timely processing of financial transactions and settlements within the company including the preparation of monthly settlement reports for clients and payment partners. Location: 5th Settlement, New Cairo Your Working Day: Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations. Utilize financial software and systems for accounting and reporting purposes. Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts. Ensure all financial transactions are properly recorded and documented. Conduct regular reviews to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data. Execute accounts payable and receivable processes. Monitor and process invoices, payments, and collections. Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner. Prepare and submit tax filings and ensure timely payment of taxes. Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations. Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors as needed. Process daily financial transactions and settlements accurately and efficiently. Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations of settlement accounts. Monitor and manage settlement accounts to ensure sufficient funds are available for transactions. Identify and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner. Maintain accurate records of all settlement activities. Prepare and submit regular reports. Document and update settlement procedures and processes. Your Profile: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 1 - 3 years of experience Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and within a team. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. The Role As Front Office Receptionist, you will deliver a seamless, personalized luxury experience from arrival to departure. In a boutique hotel, every guest is known by name, and you will play a key part in making that happen.
