المهام والمسؤوليات: إدارة جداول المواعيد والاجتماعات الخاصة بالإدارة العليا. تنظيم وترتيب الملفات والمستندات الهامة. إعداد التقارير والمراسلات الرسمية. تنسيق وتنظيم الفعاليات والاجتماعات الداخلية والخارجية. استقبال الزوار والرد على المكالمات الهاتفية والبريد الإلكتروني. متابعة وتنفيذ المهام الإدارية الأخرى حسب الحاجة. المتطلبات: درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال أو مجال ذي صلة. خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في دور مشابه. مهارات تواصل ممتازة باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية. إتقان استخدام برامج مايكروسوفت أوفيس. القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط وإدارة الوقت بفعالية المميزات: راتب تنافسي. بيئة عمل محفزة وداعمة. فرص للتطوير المهني والتدريب. السن لا يقل عن 35 عام مواعيد العمل: من 8 صباحا الى 8 مساءا.
