Leading by example displaying role model behaviours and company values in managing and delivering your operation. What will I need? The ideal candidate will have prior management experience in Holiday or Cruise Operations, with proven ability to lead large teams, manage budgets and make critical decisions under tight deadlines. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are essential; knowledge of Arabic language is preferred. IT literacy and the ability to interpret data and MI are required. As we employ on local employment contracts, you will already hold the full right to work documentation or be willing to apply for right to work documentation required for Egypt and be living in the destination or willing to relocate and source your own accommodation.
