Role Overview We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Experience Representative to join Ariika’s Customer Service team. This role is key in delivering a seamless and positive experience for our customers by handling inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring satisfaction at every touchpoint.
