شركة Interbuild Group تعلن عن حاجتها إلى مهندس مدني موقع للانضمام إلى فريق العمل، للعمل ضمن مشروعات إنشاءات صناعية ومصانع بمدينة العاشر من رمضان. المهام والمسؤوليات: المسؤولية الرئيسية عن متابعة وتنفيذ الأعمال المدنية بالموقع. متابعة الأعمال اليومية والتأكد من تنفيذها طبقًا للرسومات والمواصفات المعتمدة. التنسيق المستمر مع الاستشاري والمقاولين والمقاولين من الباطن. متابعة أعمال المقاولين والتأكد من جودة التنفيذ والالتزام بالبرنامج الزمني. مراجعة الرسومات والمخططات والتنسيق لحل أي تعارضات أو مشكلات فنية بالموقع. متابعة معدلات التنفيذ والعمالة والخامات بالموقع. متابعة الأعمال حتى التسليم طبقًا لمتطلبات المشروع. إعداد تقارير متابعة الأعمال ونسب الإنجاز ورفعها للإدارة. التعامل مع المشكلات التنفيذية بالموقع واتخاذ الإجراءات المناسبة بالتنسيق مع الاستشاري وإدارة المشروع. التأكد من الالتزام باشتراطات الجودة والسلامة بالموقع. شروط الوظيفة: بكالوريوس هندسة مدنية. خبرة لا تقل عن 4 سنوات في أعمال التنفيذ بالمواقع. يفضل من لديه خبرة سابقة في مشروعات إنشاء المصانع والمشروعات الصناعية. خبرة جيدة في التعامل والتنسيق مع الاستشاريين والمقاولين. القدرة على تحمل مسؤولية الموقع وإدارة ومتابعة أعمال التنفيذ بشكل مستقل. إجادة قراءة وفهم الرسومات الهندسية والمواصفات الفنية. مهارات جيدة في التواصل وحل المشكلات واتخاذ القرار. موقع العمل: العاشر من رمضان – الشرقية مقر الشركة: مدينة بدر. مميزات الوظيفة: راتب صافي من 30,000 إلى 35,000 جنيه شهريًا حسب الخبرة والكفاءة. احتساب وصرف ساعات العمل الإضافية (Overtime). توفير انتقالات من وإلى موقع العمل. توفير سكن للمغتربين. إجازات رسمية وسنوية. بيئة عمل مستقرة وفرصة للمشاركة في مشروعات إنشائية وصناعية متميزة. الأولوية للمرشحين المقيمين في مدينة بدر أو العاشر من رمضان أو المناطق القريبة. نوع الوظيفة: دوام كامل ساعات العمل: من 9 صباحًا حتى 5 مساءً.

Role Description The Senior Site Engineer role at Stoner Construction is a full-time, Site position based in Cairo, Egypt, with flexibility for some work outside Cairo arrangements. The Senior Site Engineer oversees day-to-day site operations, ensuring construction activities align with project plans, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include coordinating with civil and structural engineers, supervising site teams, monitoring progress, and resolving technical issues on site. The role involves implementing quality control procedures, reviewing drawings and specifications, preparing site reports, and communicating effectively with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders. The Senior Site Engineer also supports project planning, risk management, and continuous improvement of site practices to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery. Qualifications Strong on-site supervision skills, including managing daily construction activities and ensuring adherence to safety and project standards. Excellent communication abilities for coordinating with project stakeholders, resolving issues, and providing clear site updates. Proficiency in quality control processes, including inspecting work, verifying compliance with specifications, and documenting findings. Solid background in structural engineering and experience collaborating closely with civil engineers on complex projects. Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; professional certification or membership in relevant engineering bodies is an advantage. (7:10) years of experience in site engineering roles, preferably in large-scale construction or infrastructure projects. Strong knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and industry standards in Egypt. Ability to use engineering and construction management software, as well as common productivity tools. Key Responsibilities * Review technical drawings and ensure compliance with project specifications, applicable standards, and requirements. * Monitor project progress and ensure that work is being carried out according to the approved project schedule. * Review and verify invoices and payment documents submitted to clients. * Coordinate and communicate between contractors, owners, consultants, and other project stakeholders. * Prepare and review *Bills of Quantities (BOQs)*. * Perform cost estimations and related technical studies.
