About the Role:
We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Telesales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for introducing our real estate exchange services to potential clients, understanding their property needs, and converting leads into active users. Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Outreach: Contact potential and existing customers to introduce 4Swapp’s services.
Needs Analysis: Identify customer needs and recommend the right exchange solutions.
Conversion: Qualify leads and turn prospects into active users and partners.
Follow-up: Proactively follow up with leads and inquiries to maximize conversions.
Customer Education: Answer customer questions and clearly explain the exchange process.
Relationship Management: Build strong relationships and provide an excellent customer experience.
CRM Management: Keep customer information and activities updated on the CRM.
Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales & Operations teams on campaigns and initiatives.
Target Achievement: Achieve individual and team sales targets and KPIs.
Requirements:
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in Telesales, preferably within Real Estate, or a strong background in general sales.
Communication: Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills.
Persuasion: Ability to persuade and influence others effectively.
CRM Skills: Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
Resilience: Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
Location: Must be able to work on-site in Dokki, Cairo.

*Identify & approach prospects using referrals from local community, personal contacts, established professional network, and leads or prospects provided
* Achieve targets through set KPIs and objectives
* Determine clients' particular protection needs and financial situation by scheduling face to face appointments
*Provide positive impact to clients by determining their evolving financial & protection needs during their lifetime, these include insurance, savings, and retirement plans
* Identify potential cross-selling opportunities of new products

* Advance product knowledge through regular training and on the job learning.
* Maintain knowledge on all competitor products and services and analyze all advantages and disadvantages for various products
* Document and maintain all records of sales activities and provide updates as required.
* Ensure renewals are being met in time and that their reports are being delivered to the management
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
* Fresh graduated.
* 0-2 years of experience
* Insurance Knowledge is preferable.
* Ability to handle angry customers
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills: excellent written and verbal communication skills.

المهام المطلوبة: تنفيذ الاجراءات المالية والمحاسبية المعتمدة في الشركة ويجب تطبيقه بطريقة دقيقة والتأكد من دقة وصحة سير دورة المستندات المالية. إعداد إدخالات الأصول والمسؤولية ورأس المال من خلال تجميع وتحليل معلومات الحساب. يحافظ على الضوابط المحاسبية من خلال التوصية بالسياسات والإجراءات. تأمين المعلومات المالية من خلال استكمال النسخ الاحتياطي لقاعدة البيانات. تحليل وتقديم تقرير عن الوضع المالي بما في ذلك الفروق في بيان الدخل، وإبلاغ النتائج المالية للإدارة، وإعداد الميزانية وتحليلها. الإشراف على الضرائب والالتزام باللوائح الاتحادية. وضع وتنفيذ وتعديل وتوثيق نظم حفظ السجلات والمحاسبة. إسداء المشورة للإدارة بشأن قضايا مثل استخدام الموارد، والاستراتيجيات الضريبية، والافتراضات الكامنة وراء توقعات الميزانية. الحفاظ على سجلات الوكالات الحكومية ودراستها.
الشركة تعمل في مجال : المهام المطلوبة: ترويج وبيع منتجات الشركه الي العملاء الحاليين تسجيل المعاملات البيعيه في السجلات التي تحددها الشركه . جذب العملاء الجدد للتعامل مع الشركه وفقا للسياسات التي تحددها. تحقيق الاهداف البيعية المطلوبة. التجهيز والإعداد المسبق لأي أوراق أو مستندات قد يحتاج إليها العميل لإجراء الاتفاقات وإبرام العقود. شرح تفصيلي لكافة منتجات وخدمات الشركة العامل بها، وتشجيع العملاء على اقتنائها. الاهتمام بمشاكل العملاء والمساعدة في حلها، ونقل الشكاوى والاقتراحات إلى إدارة الشركة. بناء العلاقات والتواصل الدائم مع العملاء الحاليين والمحتملين. إعداد خطط عمل واضحة (يومية/أسبوعية/شهرية) وإجراء التحسينات الدورية عليها.
