What You Bring – Electrical Engineering Site Experience & Communication Skills Proven track record of supervisory experience in electrical building services installation across high-rise, commercial, or critical infrastructure sites. Thorough knowledge of UK (or international) electrical installation standards, the IET Wiring Regulations (BS 7671), and best site practices. Expertise in managing subcontractors, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and delivering high-quality electrical installations. Excellent problem-solving skills with the capability to address on-site technical issues and proactively drive progress. Strong written and verbal communication skills, supporting consistent reporting, information sharing, and cross-team collaboration.
