Key Responsibilities
Training & Student Support:
Coordinate training schedules and communicate session details with students and instructors.
Maintain and update student records, attendance, and progress reports.
Assist with enrollment, onboarding new students, and answering inquiries.
Prepare training materials, certificates, and reports as required.
Office & Academy Administration:
Handle day-to-day office operations, ensuring a smooth workflow.
Manage office supplies, facility maintenance, and logistics.
Organize and maintain records of training programs, contracts, and invoices.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation.
Communication & Coordination:
Act as the main point of contact between students, trainers, and the academy.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, workshops, and training sessions.
Ensure timely communication through emails, WhatsApp groups, and official channels.
Marketing & Event Support:
Assist the marketing team with social media updates related to training programs.
Support event planning for workshops, open days, and graduation ceremonies.
Coordinate with digital marketing teams to update course schedules on the website.

Job Description & Summary
We are opening applications for our Summer Internship Program 2026, designed for students graduating in 2027. This program provides hands-on experience in the Quality & Testing practice, with interns assigned to one of three specialized tracks: Quality Assurance (QA), Manual Testing, or Test Automation Services (TAS).
Interns will gain exposure to industry-standard testing methodologies, tools, and frameworks, working on real projects to ensure software reliability, performance, and scalability.
Key Responsibilities
Depending on assigned track, interns will:
Quality Assurance: Support test planning, requirement validation, and documentation of quality standards.
Manual Testing: Execute test cases, identify defects, and collaborate with developers to resolve issues.
Test Automation Services: Assist in building automated test scripts, maintaining frameworks, and integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines.
Qualifications
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s program (Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields).
Expected graduation: 2027.
Strong academic foundation in programming, systems, or IT concepts.
Familiarity with at least one of the following areas:
QA methodologies and documentation
Testing tools (Jira, Selenium, Postman)
Programming/scripting languages (Java, Python, JavaScript)
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage and driver assignments.
