Role Description The English Customer Service Specialist | Fluent Speakers & Graduates role is a full-time, on-site position based in Cairo, Egypt. In this role, the specialist responds to customer inquiries in English via phone, email, chat, or other channels, providing accurate information and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner. Daily tasks include handling account and service questions, documenting interactions in internal systems, following established procedures, and escalating complex cases when needed. The specialist supports customers by explaining products or services, assisting with basic troubleshooting, and ensuring a positive experience in every interaction. Collaboration with team members, participation in ongoing training, and adherence to performance and quality standards are key aspects of the role. Qualifications Strong English communication skills, including clear spoken and written communication. Customer service skills, with the ability to manage inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain a positive, professional demeanor. Experience or aptitude in English teaching, training, or coaching to support continuous improvement and knowledge sharing. Translation skills and cultural awareness to accurately convey information and support diverse customer needs. Ability to work on-site in Cairo, Egypt, and maintain reliable attendance in a full-time schedule. Comfort with using computers, CRM tools, and communication platforms, with strong attention to detail for data entry. Problem-solving skills, resilience under pressure, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
