We are seeking a proactive and creative Marketing Specialist to support the overall regional marketing development and brand promotion in the Egypt market. The incumbent will be responsible for local market brand building, marketing campaign execution, channel promotion, social media operation and market data analysis. This role requires a solid understanding of local consumer habits, cross-cultural communication awareness, and the ability to independently complete regional marketing work and assist the team in achieving sales and brand growth targets. Key Responsibilities 1. Brand & Market Promotion Responsible for local brand image building and popularization in the MENA region, formulate localized brand promotion plans according to regional market characteristics, industry trends and local cultural customs, and enhance local brand awareness and market influence. 2. Marketing Campaign Operation Plan, organize and implement offline and online marketing activities including industry exhibitions, regional promotion meetings, product roadshows, online promotional campaigns and festival marketing activities; track the whole process of activity execution, control activity quality and cost, and summarize activity effects and optimization plans after completion. 3. Social Media & Content Marketing Operate regional mainstream social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.), create localized marketing content including product posters, short videos, copywriting and market trending content; regularly update platform content, interact with fans and users, and maintain brand social activity. 4. Market Research & Data Analysis Conduct regular research on local Egypt market demand, competitor marketing strategies, user consumption preferences and industry policies; sort out marketing data such as exposure volume, conversion rate and customer leads, output regular market analysis reports and marketing effect reports, and provide data support for marketing strategy adjustment. 5. Channel & Partner Support Cooperate with local distributors and business partners, provide marketing material support, promotional policy guidance and brand promotion assistance; assist partners in regional market expansion and terminal sales activation. 6. Marketing Material Localization Complete the localization revision and production of marketing materials (brochures, product manuals, promotional videos, advertising copies) to adapt to local language, cultural taboos and market aesthetics, ensure the accuracy and professionalism of all external publicity materials. 7. Cross-team Collaboration Cooperate with sales, product and administrative teams, synchronize market front-line information, feedback user demands and market problems, and assist in optimizing regional product promotion strategies and sales solutions. JOB TITLE MEP Facility Engineer | MAF Retail | Hypermarket Egypt ROLE SUMMARY The MEP Facility Engineer is responsible for maintaining the functionality and condition of the CFC/ MFC equipment and machinery while following the set health and safety guidelines. ROLE PROFILE Perform maintenance and repairs on electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems to ensure continuous store operations. Conduct inspections and repairs of alarm systems, pest control measures, and general civil maintenance tasks as needed. Apply knowledge of electro-mechanical systems, including 3-phase equipment up to 480V, to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. Follow operational procedures and safety standards to ensure consistent and controlled maintenance practices. Provide mentorship and support for team development, including identifying training needs and facilitating on-the-job training. Monitor and manage maintenance budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations and contributing to annual budget planning. Collaborate with Human Capital to ensure adequate staffing and support for maintenance operations. Demonstrate a problem-solving mindset and familiarity with PLC-based systems (preferred) to enhance maintenance efficiency. REQUIREMENTS Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. Have 2 years Plus of experience in a similar facility management or maintenance role. Demonstrate strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail and consistency in preventive maintenance. Show responsiveness in handling repairs and ensuring the functionality and availability of store equipment and assets. Possess excellent listening skills and the ability to adapt effectively in a multicultural work environment. Maintain high standards in asset condition monitoring and contribute to operational efficiency through reliable maintenance practices.
