Helps enforce and maintain daily management systems, pareto charts, HRXHR, and participates/drives Gemba. Assure that all pieces of equipment have up to date PM’s as needed. Participate on new product introduction (NPI) teams and ensure the successful start-up of those processes. Drive cross functional resolution of all issues that impact manufacturing. Prepare work-in-process status reports. Helps initiate requests and justification of capital equipment, employee requisitions, and purchase orders. Develop and maintain a working knowledge of our product to hold productive conversations around availability, quality and any process problems with cross-functional team. Conducts root cause analysis (5 Why’s) to determine reasons for unstable processes and develops corrective action with cross-functional team. Demonstrated supervisory and leadership skills. Knowledge of ISO9001 and IPC Standards preferred.
