Company Description Al Tawakol For Steel Fabrication & Galvanization Co. operates a modern plant built on an area of 16,000 m², specializing in steel fabrication and hot-dip galvanization services. The facility houses the deepest galvanizing kettle in the Egyptian market, supporting a monthly production capacity of 5,000 tons. This scale enables the company to serve large industrial projects while maintaining consistent quality and efficiency. Responsibilities • Responsible for talent acquisition and full recruitment process for Blue Collars. • Conduct on boarding and orientation for new employees. • Organize training & development initiatives. • Conduct training needs analysis to identify the training needs. • Conduct training plan for all departments annually. • Follow up the KPI's evaluation for all departments with departments managers. • Conduct and apply skills matrix for all employees per departments and ensure all employees fully aware of its impact on their performance. • Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise. • Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace. • Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies. • Ensure compliance with labor regulations. About the Role We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Preboarding Specialist to manage the end-to-end preboarding process and ensure every new hire is set up for success before their first day. As the final quality control point before hire completion, you will be responsible for validating hiring data, coordinating recruitment administration activities, issuing employment offers, and ensuring all compliance, system, and onboarding requirements are completed accurately. Your work will play a critical role in preventing onboarding delays, payroll issues, duplicate records, and data integrity errors while providing a seamless experience for candidates and stakeholders alike. What You'll Be Doing ✅ Manage the end-to-end preboarding process, ensuring all hiring, compliance, and system requirements are completed before candidates are hired in Workday. ✅ Create, review, and release employment offer letters, ensuring alignment with approved compensation structures, hiring terms, and company policies. ✅ Validate candidate information, requisition details, organizational data, and hire classifications to ensure accuracy and compliance. ✅ Coordinate activities across Workday and ServiceNow, including system validations and process tracking. ✅ Conduct duplicate record checks and resolve data discrepancies to maintain HR system integrity. ✅ Act as the final quality control checkpoint, ensuring all pre-hire requirements are completed before onboarding begins. ✅ Manage complex cases, support escalations, and provide mentoring and guidance to junior team members. ✅ Maintain recruitment process documentation, operational manuals, reports, and trackers with a high degree of accuracy. ✅ Build strong relationships with recruiters, hiring managers, vendors, and key stakeholders to ensure smooth collaboration. ✅ Support continuous improvement initiatives, process reviews, and operational efficiency projects. ✅ Review work output and support workload allocation across the team when required. ✅ Embrace new technologies, system enhancements, and process improvements to drive better outcomes. What We're Looking For Required Skills & Experience ✔ Strong experience in preboarding and/or onboarding administration within a recruitment, HR, or talent acquisition environment. ✔ Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills. ✔ Strong attention to detail with a proven ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously. ✔ Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and ticketing platforms. Preferred Experience ⭐ Experience with Workday and ServiceNow. ⭐ Understanding of HR compliance, employment documentation, and data governance processes. ⭐ Experience supporting complex hiring processes in a fast-paced environment.
