Key Responsibilities Pricing & Cost Modeling: Build bottom-up financial models (FTEs, productivity, shrinkage, ramp, support ratios) and structure optimal commercial terms (hourly, transaction-based, outcome-based). Run location-mix scenarios to protect group margin targets. RFP/RFI & Bid Support: Translate client SLAs, volumes, and coverage needs into pricing assumptions. Leverage AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot) to analyze multilingual bid docs and collaborate with Sales, Solutions, and Operations on proposal delivery. Governance & Operational Alignment: Validate operational assumptions (AHT, occupancy, training) and cost all operational layers.
