About the Job
Responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns that drive revenue and engagement. Translates business needs into structured campaigns across digital, in-store, and CRM channels. Ensures campaigns are commercially effective and consistently executed. Directly contributes to business growth through customer behavior and product performance. RESPONSIBILITIES Campaign Strategy & Execution: Plan and execute campaigns across launches, promos, and activations. Commercial Performance: Drive revenue, optimize offers, bundles, and timing. Cross-Channel Integration: Align Instagram, SMS, and in-store execution. Collaboration: Work with content, design, CX, and operations. Experimentation: Test offers, pricing, and messaging; analyze results. Pipeline Management: Maintain consistent campaign calendar. REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. 3–5 years experience in campaigns or marketing roles. Strong understanding of consumer behavior and conversion.
