المهام المطلوبة: المعرفة بالمنتجات او الخدمة التي تقدمها الشركه. ترويج وبيع منتجات الشركة إلى العملاء الحاليين وتسجيل المعاملات البيعية في السجلات التي تحددها الشركة. جذب العملاء الجدد للتعامل مع الشركة وفقاً للسياسات التي تحددها. عرض السلع والخدمات عليهم بصورةٍ مناسبة، وتشجيعهم على زيادة الإقبال عليها. الاستماع إلى شكاوي الزبائن، وإرضاؤهم من خلال مُعالجتها وتقديم الحلول المناسبة.
