Perform exploratory testing to identify potential issues not covered by predefined test cases. Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives. Support release validation and ensure software meets the required quality standards. Maintain clear QA documentation and contribute to improving testing processes and best practices. Must Have 3+ years of professional experience in Software Quality Assurance / Functional Testing. Strong hands-on experience with manual functional testing. Experience creating test cases, test scenarios, and test plans. Good understanding of SDLC and STLC. Experience with defect tracking tools, preferably Jira. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Strong understanding of functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing. Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into effective testing scenarios. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication and collaboration skills.
