A genuine interest in Sales and a clear intention to grow in this career. Very good to excellent English communication skills — essential for the role. Willingness to learn Software Sales and understand technical products. Strong communication, presentation, follow-up, and negotiation skills. Business, Sales, Marketing, or other relevant backgrounds are welcome. Mechanical Engineering or Computer Science graduates are a plus, especially for technical sales. Based in Cairo and able to work from our office. - Most of our clients are international, giving you the opportunity to work with clients across different markets worldwide. - The role may involve occasional local and international travel for meetings, events, and business development activities. • Review and understand sales development objectives • Review routing schedule, .including any off-schedule visit • Review previous delivery performances for scheduled customer (volumes sold, % returns, order fill rates,..) • Review distribution center (DC) stock availability of top SKUs, innovation guidelines for new products and on-going promotions campaigns • Review point of sales stock levels and out of stock in order to define a suggestion • Present suggested order to the customer, discuss objectives and adjust order accordingly • Obtain bestselling position in the account • Capture competitor presence and store execution when requested • Ensure pricing guidelines are fully executed • Ensure orders are properly transferred

مصنـع و شــركـة مستلزمات طبية بالأسكندرية تطلب : (مندوبين مبيعــات بالأسكندرية - و القاهرة الكبــرى - و الصعيــد) على أن يكون المتقدم حاصل على : ( مؤهل عالى ، أو بكالوريوس علوم ) – أنهى الخدمة العسكرية أو أعفى منها – لديه خبرة لاتقل عن سنتين فى مجال المبيعات الطبية طبيعة الوظيفة : ترويج وبيع منتجات الشركة إلي العملاء الحاليين. جذب العملاء الجدد للتعامل مع الشركه وفقا للسياسات التي تحددها. تحقيق الأهداف البيعية المطلوبة. الاهتمام بمشاكل العملاء والمساعدة في حلها، ونقل الشكاوى والإقتراحات إلى إدارة الشركة. بناء العلاقات والتواصل الدائم مع العملاء الحاليين والمحتملين. إعداد خطط عمل واضحة (يومية/إسبوعية/شهرية) وإجراء التحسينات الدورية عليها. يفضل خبرة في مجال المبيعات الطبية و التعامل مع المستشفيات بالقطاع الحكومى و الخاص سنتين على الأقل .
