The Role AngloGold Ashanti is seeking an LV Electrician for Sukari to execute planned and unplanned maintenance activities on a shift-by-shift basis safely and effectively. The role is responsible for carrying out maintenance work to the required quality standards and company expectations, ensuring equipment reliability and availability. The LV Electrician works within the Mobile Maintenance team, supporting safe work execution, fault identification, testing and commissioning, accurate maintenance reporting, and active participation in safety and improvement initiatives. Location: Egypt Contract Type: Permanent Schedule: 20/10 roster The Key Responsibilities Inspect equipment: Carry out inspections and identify corrective work before it becomes a breakdown. Prioritise work: Ensure identified work is prioritised according to potential HSE risk and equipment availability. Execute maintenance safely: Confirm task requirements and risks before starting, and comply with permits, isolations, risk assessments and site requirements. Prepare and complete tasks: Collect required tools and equipment, then complete assigned work safely, effectively and to schedule.
