As UI Lead, you'll own the front end of this product, working at the intersection of engineering, product management, and design — partnering closely with stakeholders across the business to translate ambitious ideas into an intuitive, high-performing user experience. It's a rare opportunity to combine hands-on technical leadership with real influence over the UI/UX direction of a rapidly evolving product at the leading edge of AI in engineering, and to see your team's work shape what customers experience from day one Lead, mentor, and grow a team of front-end/UI/UX engineers Architect and oversee the development of responsive, scalable, user-friendly UI components using React (primary), TypeScript, JavaScript, and Angular where applicable. Own front-end technical architecture and design decisions, ensuring alignment with overall product and engineering strategy. Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers, Product Managers, and backend teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Define and enforce code review standards and best practices to ensure high code quality across the team. Lead and facilitate Agile/Kanban ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) for the front-end team. Experience building and maintaining design systems and reusable component libraries. Strong knowledge of Web Application development, accessibility standards, and cross-browser compatibility. Proven experience with version control systems (Git), Agile tooling (JIRA, Confluence), and CI/CD pipelines. Extensive hands-on experience with unit testing, integration testing, and test automation frameworks. Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance-tuning skills. Demonstrated experience mentoring and leading engineering teams, conducting code reviews, and setting technical direction. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with and influence business partners, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams. Experience working in Agile/Kanban environments, including sprint planning and estimation.
