The shift leader plays an integral role in executing own production plan. He acts as a partner for the maintenance engineers in maintenance tasks (daily/trouble shooting/ overhauls). Partner with mechanical engineer in root cause analysis. Escalate both minor & major electric breakdowns to electric engineer. Ensure production line restart in stable condition after failure. Planned maintenance/overhaul Supervise maintenance action plan as per timelines & accountabilities. Report daily progress to maintenance team. Ensure Implementation of CQV to enable line restart in a stable condition. Spare parts Alert mechanical engineer with consumable spare parts minimum stock With own team: Develop and train own operate maintain technicians to continuously meet set KPIs.
