المهام الوظيفية: زيارة الشركات والعملاء للتعريف بمنتجات وخدمات الشركة. البحث عن عملاء جدد وتنمية العلاقات مع العملاء الحاليين. جمع طلبات الأسعار واحتياجات العملاء ونقلها إلى القسم المختص. متابعة عروض الأسعار مع العملاء حتى الوصول إلى قرار الشراء. التنسيق مع الأقسام المختصة لمتابعة طلبات العملاء. إعداد خطة الزيارات وتقديم تقارير عن نتائج الزيارات والمتابعات. تحديث بيانات العملاء ومتابعة تحقيق المستهدفات المحددة. متطلبات الوظيفة: مؤهل مناسب، ويُفضل وجود خبرة في التسويق والمبيعات الخارجية. يُفضل من لديه خبرة في التوريدات الصناعية أو التعامل مع شركات البترول والمقاولات والمصانع. مهارات جيدة في التواصل والتفاوض والإقناع. القدرة على تنظيم الزيارات والمتابعة المستمرة مع العملاء. إجادة استخدام الهاتف الذكي وبرامج Office لتسجيل البيانات وإعداد التقارير. الاستعداد للعمل الميداني والتنقل لزيارة العملاء. الالتزام بالمواعيد وحسن التعامل وتمثيل الشركة بصورة مهنية.

المهام المطلوبة: تجهيز الحملات التسويقية الخاصة بالسوشيال ميديا بما يتناسب مع الشركه . إنشاء محتوى رقمي للنشر على موقع الويب او السوشيال ميديا و خاصة المحتوي المرئي و الفيديو (هام) . إدارة قنوات المؤسسة على شبكات التواصل الرقمية المختلفة. زيادة معرفة العملاء عن العلامة التجارية من خلال تحسين التواجد على مواقع الويب. تحسين صورة المؤسسة من خلال تقديم مواد تفيد العملاء عبر مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي. التعاون مع قسم التسويق والمبيعات وتطوير المنتجات لضمان تناسق العلامة التجارية. تقديم التوصيات والاقتراحات وتنفيذ أساليب التسويق المباشر لزيادة حجم المبيعات.

Good working knowledge of Egyptian VAT, withholding tax, reverse-charge, and e-invoicing requirements. Strong practical knowledge of SAP and advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, particularly Excel. Good knowledge of AI and AI-enabled productivity tools, with the ability to apply them responsibly in finance activities. Fluent written and spoken English, with strong business communication skills.
