Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to join our finance team. The role is responsible for supporting operational finance activities, ensuring accurate reconciliations, timely payments, and compliance with accounting standards and audit requirements. You will work closely with suppliers, internal stakeholders, and auditors to maintain accurate financial records and contribute to efficient monthly closing processes.
Key Responsibilities
Follow Standard Operating Procedures, maintain process documentation, and ensure audit compliance.
Maintain media supplier accounts and strengthen supplier relationships by performing monthly reconciliations, communicating on payments, differences, and credit notes.
Book and prepare sundry supplier payments.
Track overheads and maintain proper accruals in the books in line with accounting standards.
Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations and recommend adjustments when necessary.
Escalate issues promptly to the Operations Manager and suggest action plans for resolution.
Provide accurate and timely information to support external, internal, and client audits.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Proven experience in accounting, with strong knowledge of reconciliations, accruals, and balance sheet management.
Familiarity with audit requirements and compliance processes.
Proficiency in accounting systems and MS Office (particularly Excel).
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to suggest and implement corrective actions.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, especially during month-end closing.

The German Language Trainer will be part of the Language Academy within the Learning & Development department, responsible for delivering high-quality German language training to adult learners in a BPO environment. Training Delivery

Primary Job Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities New Site Launch & Construction
Manage electro-mechanical scope for new site setups including HVAC, electrical systems, power backup, fire-fighting, and plumbing.
Coordinate with contractors and vendors to deliver construction and fit-out activities according to specifications and timelines.
Oversee testing, commissioning, inspections, and site handover before operational launch.
Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and company requirements.
Facilities & Maintenance Operations
Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance for all electro-mechanical systems.
Ensure high availability of critical infrastructure to support 24/7 contact center operations.
Troubleshoot major mechanical and electrical issues and drive root-cause resolution.
Monitor equipment performance and recommend improvements or upgrades.
Stakeholder & Vendor Management

Qualifications & Experience Required

Hands-on experience supporting new site construction, fit-out, or expansion projects.
Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, generators, UPS, fire protection, and building infrastructure.
Experience working with contractors, vendors, and service providers.
Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
