المسؤوليات الرئيسية: الإشراف على فريق المبيعات: - توجيه وتدريب مندوبي المبيعات في المنطقة. - متابعة أداء الفريق وتقييمه بشكل دوري. - توزيع المهام والأهداف على أعضاء الفريق وفقًا لخطة المبيعات. تحقيق أهداف المبيعات: - وضع خطط مبيعات قصيرة وطويلة المدى للمنطقة. - متابعة مؤشرات الأداء (KPIs) وضمان تحقيق الأهداف الشهرية والسنوية. - تحليل تقارير المبيعات وتحديد نقاط القوة والضعف. إدارة العلاقات مع العملاء: - التواصل مع العملاء الرئيسيين وحل مشكلاتهم. - زيارة العملاء بانتظام لتعزيز الولاء للعلامة التجارية. - اكتشاف فرص مبيعات جديدة وتوسيع قاعدة العملاء. التنسيق مع الإدارات الأخرى: - العمل مع فريق التسويق لتنفيذ الحملات الترويجية. - التنسيق مع قسم الخدمات اللوجستية لضمان توفر المنتجات في الوقت المناسب. - إعداد تقارير مبيعات دورية للإدارة. مراقبة المنافسة: - تحليل تحركات المنافسين في المنطقة وتقديم تقارير عنها. - اقتراح استراتيجيات للتفوق على المنافسين. الامتثال للسياسات والإجراءات: - ضمان التزام الفريق بسياسات الشركة ومعايير الجودة. - تطبيق إجراءات الخصم والعروض الترويجية وفقًا للتعليمات. المهارات والمؤهلات المطلوبة: - تعليمي: درجة جامعية في إدارة الأعمال، التسويق، أو مجال ذي صلة. - خبرة: 3-5 سنوات في مجال المبيعات، مع خبرة في الإشراف على الفرق. - المهارات: - قيادة فريق وتحفيزه. - التفاوض وإقناع العملاء. - تحليل البيانات واتخاذ القرارات. - إجادة استخدام برامج المبيعات (مثل CRM) وبرامج Microsoft Office. ظروف العمل: - العمل الميداني بنسبة كبيرة (زيارات عملاء، متابعة الفريق). - التنقل داخل نطاق المنطقة المسؤول عنها.

The HR Specialist should effectively handle different human resources management aspects, maintain strong client relationships, and implement transformational HR strategies and solutions.
Responsibilities:
Work with Talent Acquisition team to recruit candidate that best fit the assigned roles.
Assist in the onboarding of new hires, as well as the exit process for the resigning staff.
Conduct interviews and make hiring decisions.
Develop and implement onboarding plans for new hires.
Manage Employee Relations.
Handle & manage all staff benefits, including medical insurance additions, deletions, updated network and queries.
Provide effective & dedicated HR advisory service to the employees.
Handle disciplinary actions and investigations.
Provide training programmes with Employee, service providers and gab analysis.
Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human resources, business, or a related field.
1 -3 years of experience.
Fluent English (Written & Spoken).
Excellent communication, and problem- solving skills.
Client-focused mindset.
Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor law and regulations.
