Summary
We are looking to hire a Tutor to join us in our mission to educate the world. The successful candidate shall be responsible for conducting online sessions on “Physics” and engaging the students during the sessions and helping them prepare for the exams.
Responsibilities
Conduct online sessions for students through Nagwa Classes application according to MoE curriculum to support the learning process
Run engagement activities to ensure efficient learning outcomes and communicate with students before and after the sessions through Nagwa Classes
Follow up on the student’s progress through the assignments sent after each session through Nagwa Classes to ensure that the learning outcomes are reached
Provide students with constructive feedback to help students develop their skills and subject knowledge to improve learning outcomes
Qualifications & Work Experience
Bachelor’s degree in any relevant discipline
Ability to collect, interpret, and summarize data
2-4 years of relevant teaching experience
Experience in differentiated instruction to deliver different learning needs and styles
Previous online tutoring is a plus
Proficient in Arabic
Intermediate in English (or language of the subject)
Having a laptop or desktop computer is a must

تنظيم ومتابعة شئون الطلاب المقيمين في السكن وفق نظم ولوائح الجامعة مع تقديم خدمة الرعاية الممتازة التي تساعد الطلاب على تحقيق متطلباتهم
المهام والمسئوليات:
1- إستقبال الطلاب الجدد وإبلاغهم باللوائح والنظم الخاصة بالسكن.
2- تنظيم وتسجيل زيارات أولياء الأمور والزوار وضمان الإمتثال للسياسات المتعلقة بالزيارات .
3- الاشراف على النظافة وأعمال الصيانة والاماكن المشتركة .
4- متابعة تنفيذ الطلاب للوائح والنظم.
5- متابعة السلوكيات والعلاقات الإجتماعية بين الطلاب وتوجيههم والعمل على حل أي مشكلة تواجههم.
6- المرور الدوري على السكن وغرف الطلاب والتأكد من توفير وسائل الأمان.
7- متابعة الحالات المرضية الطارئة للطلاب .
8- متابعة دخول وخروج الطلاب اليومي.
9- اعداد التقارير الدورية المطلوبة.
المؤهلات العلمية:
مؤهل عالي جامعي ،يفضل (بكالوريوس خدمة اجتماعية –ليسانس اداب علم نفس /علم اجتماع).
الخبرات:
خبرة من 3:1سنوات
المهارات الفنية:
مهارات الاتصال وفن التعامل مع الطلاب والزملاء.
مهارات القيادة والإشراف على الطلاب.
