The Projects Associate Manager for North Coast Projects at Hyde Park Developments will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects in the North Coast Projects. Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the planning and execution of large-scale projects in the North Coast Projects
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met
Monitor project progress, manage schedules, and adjust plans as necessary to ensure timely completion
Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and company standards
Perform regular site inspections to assess progress and address any issues that arise
Facilitate effective communication between all stakeholders involved in the projects

Prepare and present project updates and reports to senior management
Engage in problem-solving to address all obstacles and challenges that may impact project completion

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
11 - 14 years of experience in project management, preferably in construction or real estate development
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
Proficient in project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project) and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Bachelor's Degree: Architecture Engineering
8-10 years of progressive experience in site management and design

Proven experience on hospital and/or school projects from construction through handover
Good knowledge of MS Office, AutoCAD, and Primavera
PMP or equivalent certification will be an advantage
Experience in hospitality is a must and team player with leadership abilities

Inspect and verify that finishing materials, fixtures, and installations comply with approved samples, specifications, and required quality standards.
Coordinate interior works with architectural, MEP, and other disciplines to identify and resolve site conflicts and ensure proper execution.
Monitor workmanship and finishing quality, identifying defects or deviations and ensuring corrective actions are implemented.
Prepare and submit progress reports, highlighting site progress, technical issues, delays, and recommended resolutions for contractor variation orders and claims.
Ensure completed interior works are delivered in accordance with approved designs, required quality standards, and project handover requirements.
