We are looking for an experienced *Technical Office Engineer* to join our team. This is a *full-time, on-site position* based at the *CIE office in Nasr City*. Key Responsibilities * Review technical drawings and ensure compliance with project specifications, applicable standards, and requirements. * Monitor project progress and ensure that work is being carried out according to the approved project schedule. * Review and verify invoices and payment documents submitted to clients. * Coordinate and communicate between contractors, owners, consultants, and other project stakeholders. * Prepare and review *Bills of Quantities (BOQs)*. * Perform cost estimations and related technical studies. Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in *Civil Engineering*. * Minimum of *5 years of experience* in a Technical Office Civil Engineer role or a similar position. * Strong knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, BOQs, and cost estimation. * Proficiency in engineering software such as *AutoCAD and/or Revit*. * Proficiency in *Microsoft Office, including **Microsoft Project*. * Good communication and coordination skills. Employee Assignment Not remote Full Time 1 October 2026 Role Purpose Primary purpose of this role is to effectively manage own warehouse and distribution facility & / or manage service levels of contracted 3rd Party Logistic service provider. Aim is to effectively store, manage, inventory of finished goods or components, recording and accurate reporting of stock levels, performing cycle counts & wall to wall counts, reconciliation of inventory with WMS & SAP & manage cost efficient inbound & outbound logistical activity. Responsibilities Act / Liaison in capacity of Import manager with Customs, GOIEC & GAFI. Be responsible for accurate recording and reporting of inbound / outbound goods movement. Have a plan for weekly & monthly inventory cycle count as well as periodic wall to wall counts Reconcile inventory at agreed intervals, externally (customs records) as well as internally with WMS / ERP systems. Ensure bin health and location accuracy of inventory in ERP as well as WMS. Ensure application of FIFO during outbound process. Monitoring and reporting of SMOS inventory along with proposed action plan. Ensure the Material Master and Storage Bin master data in SAP are accurately maintained for optimal stock placement and removal. Ensure ease of handling / efficient pick pack process by identifying inventory into ABC classification and storing it in bin location accordingly. Monitor and control pick pack ship process within agreed time frame and trouble shoot procedural / performance gap to ensure lean and continuous improvement mindset. Track 3PL metrics including order picking accuracy, on-time delivery rates, and receiving turnaround times. Review 3PL invoices against contracted rates for storage, handling, and shipping, processing approvals within SAP MM. Ensure released products imported are compliant with local regulations. Coordinating with transport companies for distribution of goods, after importation, to customers warehouse of Grome Trading warehouse. Be responsible to monitor transportation cost as well as exbibit mindset of continuous improvement by critically reviewing as is situation to offer cost effective solutions. Maintains warehouse staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees. الدور: مسؤول عن صيانة ومتابعة معدات خطوط الإنتاج والتأكد من حالتها الفنية الجيدة. المسئوليات: 1- متابعة الحالة الفنية لمعدات خطوط الإنتاج والالتزام بخطوات العمل الموحدة (SOP) 2- إجراء أعمال الصيانة التصحيحية في حالة حدوث أي عطل كهربي في خطوط الإنتاج 3- القيام بأعمال الصيانة الوقائية لخطوط الإنتاج حسب جدول الصيانة طوال العام 4- مراجعة ارصدة المخزن من قطع الغيار (الحد الأقصى والحد الأدنى وحد الطلب) وإبلاغ المدير المباشر في حالة عدم جودة قطع الغيار التي يتم استخدامها في اعمال الصيانة 5- إتباع إجراءات السلامة والصحة المهنية وسلامة الغذاء داخل المصنع والإبلاغ في حالة وجود أي مخالفات 6- القيام بأعمال تنظيم وترتيب ونظافة مكان العمل بشكل دوري 7- البحث عن فرص التحسين والتطوير المختلفة وتقديم الأفكار إلى المدير المباشر 8- العمل طبقا لنظام M&W والتأكيد على حساب أوقات الصيانة التصحيحية والوقائية بشكل دقيق وتسجيلها على نظام الSAP PM المعايير: تقرير الوردية (الأعطال – حالة تشغيل المعدات) للرئيس المباشر نسبة إقفال أوامر الشغل الخاصة بالصيانات التصحيحية والوقائية تحقيق معدلات (استهلاك الكهرباء – المياه – الغاز الطبيعي) بالنسبة لكمية الإنتاج تحقيق الإنتاجية طبقا للخطة السنوية المهارات: خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين مؤهل متوسط دبلوم صناعي تخصص ( كهرباء أو تحكم) أو أعلى وليس سليسيون القدرة على العمل داخل فريق مهارة تواصل
