Position: Customer Service Representative Account: Arabic Communication Channels: Voice & Non-Voice Experience: 2–3 years Work Location: Heliopolis, Cairo Working Hours: 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM Shift: Fixed Days Off: 1 day per week Net Salary: EGP 9,000 Key Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints through Voice and Non-Voice channels in a professional and timely manner. Provide accurate information and effective solutions while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Manage customer interactions in accordance with company policies, procedures, and service standards. Identify customer needs and ensure appropriate resolution or escalation when required. Follow up on pending cases and ensure timely closure. Accurately document customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions on the assigned system. Maintain professional communication and a customer-centric approach throughout all interactions. Meet and maintain the required Customer Service KPIs and performance standards. Coordinate with relevant internal departments to ensure effective resolution of customer requests. Requirements 2–3 years of proven experience in Customer Service. Previous experience handling both Voice & Non-Voice channels is preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic. Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
