تعلن شركة إنوفو بيلد مصر عن حاجتها إلى أخصائي أول صحة وسلامة مهنية وبيئة للعمل بمشروعاتها الإنشائية، على أن يكون مسؤولًا عن تطبيق ومتابعة وتطوير سياسات وإجراءات الصحة والسلامة المهنية والبيئة داخل مواقع العمل، وضمان الالتزام بالقوانين واللوائح المصرية والمعايير الدولية، بما في ذلك ISO 45001 وISO 14001. يتولى شاغل الوظيفة متابعة المخاطر بالمواقع، والتحقيق في الحوادث، ورفع مستوى الوعي بالسلامة المهنية، والمساهمة في توفير بيئة عمل آمنة لجميع العاملين والمقاولين. المهام والمسؤوليات الوظيفية * تطبيق ومتابعة خطط وسياسات وإجراءات الصحة والسلامة المهنية والبيئة داخل مواقع المشروعات، وفقًا لمعايير الشركة والمعايير الدولية. * إجراء جولات التفتيش الدورية وعمليات المراجعة الداخلية للتأكد من الالتزام باشتراطات السلامة واللوائح البيئية. * مراجعة وتقييم واعتماد خطط السلامة وتقييمات المخاطر وبيانات طرق تنفيذ الأعمال المقدمة من المقاولين قبل بدء العمل. * التأكد من تطبيق إجراءات حماية البيئة، بما يشمل إدارة المخلفات، والحد من الأتربة، والتخزين الآمن للمواد الكيميائية. * تحديد المخاطر المحتملة في مواقع العمل ووضع الإجراءات الوقائية والتصحيحية المناسبة للحد منها. * متابعة نظام تصاريح العمل، والتأكد من تطبيق اشتراطات السلامة للأنشطة عالية الخطورة، مثل العمل على ارتفاعات، وعمليات الرفع، والعمل في الأماكن المغلقة. * إجراء جولات ميدانية يومية لرصد الممارسات والظروف غير الآمنة واتخاذ الإجراءات اللازمة لمعالجتها فورًا. * قيادة التحقيقات الخاصة بحوادث العمل والحوادث الوشيكة والوقائع البيئية، وتحديد الأسباب الجذرية ووضع الإجراءات التصحيحية والوقائية. * إعداد تقارير الحوادث ومتابعة تنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية والوقائية حتى إغلاقها. * إعداد وتحليل تقارير ومؤشرات أداء الصحة والسلامة المهنية أسبوعيًا وشهريًا، بما يشمل معدلات الإصابات والحوادث. * توجيه ودعم وتدريب مسؤولي ومراقبي الصحة والسلامة المهنية الأقل خبرة وفرق التنفيذ بالموقع. * تنظيم وتنفيذ برامج التدريب والتوعية بالسلامة المهنية، والتعريف بإجراءات السلامة للعاملين والمقاولين، وإجراء اجتماعات التوعية اليومية قبل بدء العمل (Toolbox Talks). * تنفيذ حملات توعوية لتعزيز ثقافة السلامة والوقاية من المخاطر والحفاظ على سلامة العاملين في جميع مواقع المشروعات. شروط ومتطلبات الوظيفة * الحصول على بكالوريوس في الهندسة أو الصحة والسلامة المهنية أو العلوم البيئية أو أي تخصص فني ذي صلة. * خبرة عملية من 7 إلى 10 سنوات في مجال الصحة والسلامة المهنية والبيئة، ويفضل أن تكون في مشروعات الإنشاءات الكبرى أو البنية التحتية أو الهندسة المدنية. * الحصول على شهادات مهنية معترف بها في مجال الصحة والسلامة المهنية، مثل NEBOSH IGC أو OSHA 30 أو IOSH Managing Safely. * يُفضل الحصول على شهادة مراجع رئيسي لنظم الإدارة وفقًا لمعايير ISO 45001 وISO 14001. * معرفة قوية بقوانين العمل المصرية واللوائح البيئية ومعايير السلامة المهنية الدولية. * خبرة في تحديد المخاطر وتقييمها والتحقيق في الحوادث وتحليل الأسباب الجذرية. * مهارات قيادية وقدرة على توجيه فرق العمل والتواصل الفعال مع العاملين والمقاولين. * إجادة اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية تحدثًا وكتابةً. * إجادة استخدام برامج Microsoft Office وبرامج إعداد تقارير الصحة والسلامة المهنية. * القدرة على العمل الميداني ومتابعة تطبيق إجراءات السلامة داخل مواقع الإنشاءات. الهدف من الوظيفة المساهمة في توفير بيئة عمل آمنة، وتقليل الحوادث والمخاطر المهنية والبيئية، وضمان الالتزام بالمعايير والقوانين المعمول بها، وتعزيز ثقافة الوقاية والسلامة في جميع مواقع المشروعات
