Role Description The Fulfillment Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in New Cairo, responsible for ensuring accurate and efficient order processing and delivery. Day-to-day tasks include receiving and verifying customer orders, picking and packing items, coordinating shipments with logistics partners, and maintaining organized inventory storage. The role also involves tracking order status, resolving fulfillment issues, updating systems with accurate order and stock data, and supporting returns or exchanges in line with company policies. The Fulfillment Specialist collaborates closely with customer care, warehouse, and operations teams to uphold WOROOD’s standards of quality and service. This position requires a strong focus on detail, reliability, and timely execution to ensure a seamless customer experience. Qualifications Strong order processing and inventory management skills, including accurate picking, packing, and stock updating. Experience coordinating shipments, working with courier or logistics partners, and tracking delivery performance. Ability to use digital tools and basic ERP or e-commerce systems to manage orders, returns, and stock records. Attention to detail and quality control skills to ensure items match order specifications and brand standards. Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with operations, warehouse, and customer service teams. Strong time management and organizational abilities to handle high volumes of orders and meet deadlines. Previous experience in fulfillment, warehousing, e-commerce operations, or retail logistics is highly beneficial.
