Role Description The QA IPC Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Qesm 2nd 6 October. This role is responsible for in-process quality control activities on production lines, including monitoring product quality parameters, verifying adherence to specifications, and documenting findings. The specialist performs routine inspections, sampling, and testing to ensure compliance with internal standards, Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), and regulatory requirements. Daily tasks include investigating non-conformities, supporting root-cause analysis, and coordinating corrective and preventive actions with production and quality teams. The role also involves preparing reports, maintaining accurate records, assisting in internal audits, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to continuously improve manufacturing processes and product quality. Qualifications Strong Quality Assurance and in-process inspection skills, with the ability to monitor and verify product consistency during manufacturing. 1-3 years of Experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Management, including implementing procedures, documenting processes, and supporting continuous improvement. Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards and their application within cosmetics or related manufacturing environments. Proficiency in Quality Auditing, including conducting internal audits, reporting findings, and following up on corrective actions. Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related scientific field. Familiarity with cosmetic or pharmaceutical production processes and relevant regulatory requirements is highly beneficial. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
