Responsibilities
Welcome customers and provide a friendly shopping experience.
Help customers choose suitable products and provide styling advice.
Arrange and display merchandise according to store standards.
Replenish products and assist in stock organization.
Process sales through the POS system.
Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising.
Achieve monthly sales targets.
Deliver excellent customer service and build customer loyalty.
Requirements
University student or graduate.
Minimum age: 20 years.
Previous retail experience is preferred but not required.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Friendly personality with a professional appearance.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Fast learner and willing to develop.
Ability to work under pressure and commit to scheduled shifts.
Working Hours
8 working hours per shift.
One-hour break.
Morning Shift: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM.
