Role Description
He will coordinate the scheduling of training sessions, workshops, and learning events across multiple business units and locations.
Coordinates with the Admin team the room bookings, venue arrangements, catering, and equipment setup for all in-person training events.
Send calendar invitations, joining instructions, and pre-work communications to participants and facilitators in a timely manner.
Maintain and update the training calendar, proactively flagging conflicts or capacity issues to the supervisor.
Support the coordination of virtual training sessions, including platform setup (MS Teams, Zoom, Webex) and technical troubleshooting.
Process training enrolments, cancellations, and waitlist management in a timely and organized manner.
Prepare and distribute training materials, printed handouts, and digital resources ahead of each session.
Collate and organize post-training feedback forms and surveys; prepare summary reports for the supervisor.
Provide friendly and efficient support to participants before, during, and after training events.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education or a related field.
Males only
Relevant certification in L&D or project coordination is a plus.
At least 1 year of experience in a training coordination, or operations support role within a corporate environment.
Hands-on experience with LMS platforms.

Summary: Power Supply Testing & Commissioning Supervisor
Position: Power Supply Testing & Commissioning Supervisor
Main Responsibilities
Support the planning, coordination, and execution of Testing & Commissioning activities for electrical power supply systems.
Assist in preparing commissioning plans, procedures, method statements, test reports, and related documentation.
Execute Testing & Commissioning activities for substations, MV/LV systems, switchgear, transformers, rectifiers, SCADA interfaces, auxiliary systems, and associated equipment.
Review electrical drawings, schematics, interface documents, project specifications, and applicable standards.
Coordinate testing activities with construction teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and client representatives.
Ensure all commissioning activities comply with HSE requirements, approved procedures, and Lock-Out/Tag-Out (LOTO) regulations.
Perform and witness functional, integration, performance, FAT, and SAT testing.
Identify technical issues during testing and support troubleshooting and corrective actions.
Prepare commissioning records, punch lists, test reports, and handover documentation.
Support system energization, trial running, and operational readiness activities.
Maintain accurate commissioning records and assist senior engineers in achieving project milestones.
