Role Description
The Shop Manager – CFC (Kiosk) is a full-time, on-site role based in New Cairo, responsible for overseeing daily kiosk operations and ensuring a premium customer experience. This role manages staff scheduling, supervises sales activities, and monitors inventory levels to maintain product availability and visual merchandising standards. The manager handles customer inquiries and escalations, supports sales targets, and ensures adherence to company policies and procedures.
