Role Description The Shop Manager – CFC (Kiosk) is a full-time, on-site role based in New Cairo, responsible for overseeing daily kiosk operations and ensuring a premium customer experience. This role manages staff scheduling, supervises sales activities, and monitors inventory levels to maintain product availability and visual merchandising standards. The manager handles customer inquiries and escalations, supports sales targets, and ensures adherence to company policies and procedures. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating kiosk operations, guiding team members, preparing basic reports on sales and performance, and maintaining a clean, secure, and welcoming environment. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Customer Experience skills to provide personalized, high-quality support to all visitors. Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to interact clearly with customers, team members, and management. Candidates should possess Store Management and Operations Management skills to oversee daily kiosk activities and ensure smooth, efficient operations.
