Role Description The Preschool Teacher at Utopia Nursery will design and deliver age-appropriate learning activities that support children’s cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and implementing lesson plans, organizing classroom materials, guiding group and individual activities, and maintaining a safe, clean, and engaging learning environment. The teacher will observe and document children’s progress, communicate regularly with families, and collaborate with colleagues to align classroom practices with the nursery’s educational goals. This is a full-time, on-site role located in New Cairo, requiring daily presence in the classroom and active participation in school events and meetings. Qualifications Strong foundation in Early Childhood Education and experience working with preschool or Kindergarten-age children. Ability to design and implement Lesson Planning and Curriculum Development that supports holistic child development. Excellent Communication skills for interacting with children, families, and colleagues in a clear and respectful manner. Patience, empathy, and a child-centered approach to behavior guidance and classroom management. Relevant diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or a related field. Ability to work on-site in New Cairo and collaborate effectively within a team-focused environment. Basic knowledge of child safety, health, and wellbeing practices in a preschool setting.
