Incentive schemes. 2 - Review Consumer Sales Commissions & Staff Incentive by aligning & coordinating with Sales Team to find the best option of Commission design. 3 - Monitor all Cross/UP selling trends by identifying and applying the commissions & incentive for them. 4 - Create Business Cases and financial assessment for the proposed Consumer Sales Commissions & Sales Agents Incentive. 5 - Collaborate with Finance team to align the commercial feasibility assessment of commissions / initiatives schemes and ensure implementation of respective standards. 6 - Work HR Performance head for the ways of Incentive enhancement. 7 - Ensure that the new and updated commission/Incentive are being communicated to sales Channels, and then apply regular monitoring to assure Commission and incentive implemented correctly / Post assessment. 8 - Monitor and review the segment profitability associated with sales incentives in order to optimize the channel mix and ensure adequate overall and product level profitability Technical Skills: 1 - Advanced Excel: Master formulas like XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Power Query, and Power Pivot for daily data manipulation. 2 - Database Management: Write SQL queries to extract, clean, and validate raw information from databases. 3 - Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills Data Validation: Spot errors, inconsistencies, and anomalies in large datasets before management sees them. 4 - Trend & Variance Analysis: Compare actual performance against budgeted targets or historical data patterns. 5 - Forecasting: Interpret metrics to support future headcount, sales, revenue.
