About the Job
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and monitor architectural execution works on-site, ensuring compliance with approved designs and specifications.
Review and verify execution against IFC drawings, approved shop drawings, material submittals, and design intent.
Inspect architectural finishes, materials, and workmanship to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and other disciplines to resolve technical and site coordination issues.
Review RFIs, technical submittals, and proposed material samples, providing technical recommendations as required.
Conduct regular site inspections and prepare site observation reports, inspection reports, and non-conformance reports.
Monitor project progress and identify deviations from approved drawings, specifications, and quality requirements.
Follow up on snagging, defect rectification, and final handover to ensure compliance with project requirements.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
7+ years of experience in architectural site supervision and consultancy.
Strong experience in banking, commercial, and fit-out projects.
Excellent knowledge of architectural construction details, materials, finishes, and quality control.
Strong ability to review and interpret IFC drawings, shop drawings, and technical submittals.
Proficiency in AutoCAD; Revit is a plus.
Strong communication, coordination, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
Previous experience with engineering consultancy firms and banking projects is highly preferred
