🚨 We’re Hiring: Warehouse Coordinator We’re looking for a detail-oriented Warehouse Coordinator to join our growing e-commerce operations team. Key Responsibilities: * Oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure smooth workflow. * Monitor receiving, sorting, scanning, storage, picking, and dispatching. * Maintain inventory accuracy and perform regular stock checks and reconciliation. * Investigate missing, damaged, or mismatched items/shipments. * Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and transportation teams. * Monitor operational KPIs and prepare daily reports. * Ensure compliance with SOPs and safety standards. Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field. * Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. * 0–1 year of experience in warehouse, logistics, inventory, or supply chain operations. * E-commerce or fulfillment center experience is a plus. * Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and warehouse/inventory systems. * Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced, warehouse-based environment.
