A multinational financial services firm based in Zahraa Al Maadi is seeking an experienced Research Manager to join its growing team. Key Responsibilities: Conduct market sizing, demand-supply analysis, and competitive landscaping using industry reports, government statistics, sector regulators, and paid databases. Design and execute quantitative surveys and qualitative interviews (consumer, B2B, expert/KOL) tailored to each feasibility study's target market. Manage fieldwork logistics, including vendor/enumerator coordination when outsourced. Translate raw research into structured inputs for financial models (demand assumptions, pricing benchmarks, capacity utilization rates). Prepare research sections of feasibility reports and client presentations (Arabic/English). Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business, Statistics, or a related field. 5+ years in market research, industry research, or economic consulting, ideally within a financial advisory, consulting, or research firm. Strong command of quantitative research methods (sampling design, survey statistics) and qualitative research techniques. Demonstrated experience designing and fielding primary research (surveys, interviews). GCC market experience preferred, given the regulatory and cultural specificity in fieldwork design. Familiarity with GASTAT, sector regulators, and regional data sources. Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken), critical for fieldwork and client-facing reporting. Show more
