Role Description The Booking Agent (B2 English) is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt. The Booking Agent will handle customer inquiries, manage reservations through booking systems, and provide accurate information about services, schedules, and pricing. Daily tasks include responding to calls, emails, or chat messages, confirming and updating bookings, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth customer experience. The role also involves promoting relevant services, supporting sales objectives, and maintaining detailed records of interactions and transactions. The Booking Agent will collaborate with team members and follow company procedures to meet performance targets and service quality standards. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear spoken and written English at B2 level. Candidates should possess practical experience with Booking Systems and reservation platforms. Candidates should possess Sales and Negotiation skills to promote services and handle booking-related offers effectively.
