Vendor Performance Management Monitor vendor performance, quality, and delivery timelines. Provide feedback and address performance issues. 3. Resource Management Maintain an updated vendor database. Allocate suitable vendors based on project requirements, expertise, and availability. 4. Contract & Cost Management Negotiate vendor rates and contractual terms. Optimize costs while maintaining quality standards. 5. Project Coordination Coordinate with Project Managers to ensure efficient vendor allocation and project delivery.
