Job Summary We are looking for an experienced QA Tester with strong expertise in Consumer and Commercial Insurance applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Manual Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), Business User Acceptance Testing (UAT), API Testing, and Mobile Testing, with the ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality product delivery. Key Responsibilities Perform end-to-end manual testing of Consumer and Commercial Insurance applications. Analyze business requirements and prepare detailed test scenarios, test cases, and test plans. Execute and coordinate System Integration Testing (SIT) across multiple integrated systems. Support and facilitate Business User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Conduct and support business demonstrations for project stakeholders. Perform API testing using Postman, Swagger, or equivalent tools. Execute mobile application testing across Android and iOS devices. Validate functional requirements, system integrations, and end-to-end business workflows. Identify, log, prioritize, and track defects through resolution. Collaborate with Business Analysts, Product Owners, Developers, and Business Users to ensure complete test coverage. Prepare test execution reports, defect summaries, and testing metrics. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in Manual Testing. Strong domain knowledge of Consumer and Commercial Insurance. Experience testing insurance business processes, including policy administration, quotation, underwriting, endorsements, renewals, and claims management. Experience preparing and executing detailed test cases and test plans. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. High attention to detail. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Strong understanding of the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Defect Life Cycle. Hands-on experience with Manual Testing, SIT, and Business UAT. Experience in API testing using Postman, Swagger, or similar tools. Experience testing mobile applications on Android and iOS. Ability to validate functional requirements, integrations, and end-to-end business workflows. Familiarity with defect management and test management tools. Proficiency in test management and defect tracking tools. Experience using API testing tools such as Postman or Swagger. Basic understanding of database validation and API request/response analysis. Ability to independently drive SIT activities. Ability to support business users throughout UAT cycles. Ability to identify gaps in business workflows and ensure adequate test coverage. Show more
