Role Description The Senior Supervisor Application Developer (.NET & AI LLM) is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo. This role is responsible for leading the design, development, and maintenance of enterprise applications using .NET technologies, while integrating and optimizing AI Large Language Models to enhance business processes and customer experience. Day-to-day activities include supervising a team of developers, reviewing and refining technical designs, writing clean and scalable code, conducting code reviews, and ensuring adherence to best practices and security standards. The Senior Supervisor collaborates closely with product owners, business analysts, and operations teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions, troubleshoot complex issues, and optimize application performance. The role also involves mentoring team members, contributing to architectural decisions, preparing technical documentation, and supporting deployment, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications Strong application development skills in .NET technologies (e.g., C#, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework) and experience with modern software design patterns. Hands-on experience integrating and working with AI Large Language Models (LLMs), including prompt engineering, model fine-tuning, and API-based AI services. Proficiency in web and backend technologies such as RESTful APIs, microservices, SQL/NoSQL databases, and cloud platforms (e.g., Azure or AWS). Demonstrated leadership abilities in supervising development teams, performing code reviews, providing technical guidance, and supporting knowledge sharing.
