We’re Hiring | Sales Support Engineer Union Steel Solutions is looking for a qualified and motivated Sales Support Engineer to join our team as part of our continued growth and expansion in the steel structures industry. 📍 Location: 10th of Ramadan City – 6th District (6 Million District) Job Description Support the sales team in following up on clients, projects, and sales opportunities. Prepare and review quotations and commercial proposals in coordination with relevant departments. Handle customer inquiries and provide the required technical and commercial information. Coordinate with engineering, production, and planning departments to ensure customer requirements are met. Follow up on customer requests from the initial inquiry through the sales process. Prepare and follow up on commercial documentation related to projects and customer orders. Assist in communicating with international clients and following up on business opportunities in overseas markets. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical or Production Engineering. Minimum 3 years of experience in sales support or a similar commercial role within the steel structures or metal fabrication industry. Very good command of English, both written and spoken. Good understanding of the technical and commercial aspects of steel projects. Strong communication, negotiation, coordination, and customer follow-up skills. Ability to prepare quotations and handle commercial documentation.
