Sales Chat Moderator

Role Description The Sales Chat Moderator at alustadh is responsible for managing real-time online conversations with prospective and existing customers, guiding them through the sales process, and ensuring a professional, supportive experience. This full-time, on-site role is based in Giza and involves responding promptly to chat inquiries, qualifying leads, providing accurate product and service information, and escalating complex questions to the appropriate team members. The Sales Chat Moderator will track and update customer interactions in internal systems, follow up on pending requests, and coordinate with sales and customer support teams to help convert leads and retain customers. The role also includes monitoring chat performance metrics, identifying common customer concerns, and providing feedback to improve scripts, FAQs, and overall communication quality. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree is a must. Excellent English communication skills. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Good knowledge of MS Office.
