About the Role As an On-Ground Sales Agent, you will be at the forefront of our customer onboarding journey. Your role will focus on facilitating smooth onboarding experiences by collecting and verifying Know Your Customer (KYC) documents, assisting customers with their inquiries, and ensuring a seamless and professional interaction from start to finish. Responsibility Facilitate the onboarding process for new customers. Collect and verify Know Your Customer (KYC) documents, including identification and proof of address.
