About EasyOrders EasyOrders is an all-in-one e-commerce platform in Egypt. Merchants use it to launch and run their online stores end to end — storefront builder, order management, inventory, payments, and integrations with 100+ local and international shipping carriers. Alongside the web platform, we ship a React Native mobile app for merchants on iOS and Android, and an ERP product that businesses use to run inventory, purchasing, accounting, and reporting. About the role You'll be responsible for the quality of the products you cover, from reviewing requirements through to release sign-off. The role is a mix of hands-on manual testing and building automation for the flows that matter most, across our web platform, our React Native mobile app, and our ERP product. ERP experience is important for this role. A lot of what you'll test is not a screen behaving correctly — it's whether a stock movement, an invoice, and a journal entry still agree with each other three steps later. We need someone who has tested that kind of system before and knows where it breaks. You'll work directly with developers and product, and you'll have real ownership over how testing is done on your products. Responsibilities Review requirements and acceptance criteria, and raise gaps before development starts Write, maintain, and execute test plans and test cases Perform functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing Build and maintain automated E2E and API test suites Test critical e-commerce flows: checkout, order lifecycle, inventory, payment callbacks, and shipping-carrier integrations Own testing for our React Native mobile app across iOS and Android — manual coverage plus an automated suite for the critical paths Test ERP functionality end to end: inventory and stock movements, purchasing, sales and invoicing, accounting entries, multi-user roles and permissions, and reporting/BI output Verify data integrity across modules and reconcile reports against underlying transactions Log clear, reproducible defects and follow them through to closure Run and report regression cycles before each release Contribute to improving testing practices and coverage over time Requirements 3+ years of experience in software QA Strong manual testing fundamentals: test design techniques, risk-based prioritisation, exploratory testing, and precise bug reporting Hands-on test automation experience with Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium, and a language to drive it (TypeScript/JavaScript, Python, or Java) Hands-on experience testing ERP, accounting, or comparable business systems — you understand transactional flows, module interdependencies, and the accounting logic behind what you're verifying Mobile testing on both iOS and Android: device and OS-version coverage, permissions, offline and poor-network behaviour, push notifications, and app-store release verification Mobile test automation experience — Detox or Maestro (React Native) or Appium API testing: REST, authentication flows, webhooks, Postman or equivalent Basic SQL for data verification Git, and familiarity with CI pipelines Able to work independently and take ownership of quality for a product end to end Clear written communication in Arabic or English Nice to have Experience in e-commerce, payments, fintech, or logistics An accounting or finance background, or formal study in it Prior experience testing a React Native app specifically Cloud device farms (BrowserStack, Sauce Labs) or a local device lab Performance and load testing (k6, JMeter) Docker Show more
