ECC Cables is looking for a motivated Junior Production Engineer to join our Production team. In this role, you will support daily manufacturing operations, monitor production performance, and work closely with cross-functional teams to improve productivity, quality, efficiency, and safety. This is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic industrial environment. Key Responsibilities Monitor daily production operations and support the achievement of production plans and targets. Track and analyze key production indicators, including productivity, downtime, material consumption, scrap, and process efficiency. Identify production bottlenecks, process deviations, and potential improvement opportunities. Support root cause analysis of production issues and follow up on corrective and preventive actions. Work closely with Quality and Maintenance teams to resolve production-related issues and minimize disruptions. Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on increasing efficiency, reducing waste, and improving process reliability. Ensure manufacturing activities are carried out in accordance with approved SOPs, work instructions, quality requirements, and HSE standards. Assist in preparing and maintaining production reports, process documentation, and work instructions. Support trials and the implementation of new processes, methods, and technologies aimed at improving manufacturing performance. Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Production Engineering, or a related engineering discipline. 0–2 years of experience in production or manufacturing; fresh graduates with relevant industrial or manufacturing exposure are encouraged to apply. Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and continuous improvement principles. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
